CBE is a family business company created in 1981 by Bouchaib Ouazry, after having worked ten years in the railways as a train driver.
Bouchaib Ouazry was the first rewinder of electric motors in Morocco. His vision and passion for electric motors allowed the company to grow in a context where Morocco is experiencing industrialization and is becoming a developed vector for CBE's activity.
- Convinced of the arrival of industrialization in Morocco, Bouchaib Ouazry opened a workshop in the Roches Noires district of Casablanca to rewind electric motors.
- The business started with a small team, mainly people from the same neighborhood who started to develop a real know-how. From then on, real career opportunities were created within the company.
- Thanks to a team trained and motivated to increase its know-how, new services concerning new types of electric motors are starting to be offered by CBE following numerous investments in the human and technical capital of the company.
- CBE's notoriety starts to grow and allows us to win public contracts with Moroccan industrialists (such as refineries, cement plants, electrical energy producers, etc.). (Our references)
